Cyril Legrand appointed Vice President, Oxford Leadership Academy
After 6 years as non-exec Director on the Oxford Leadership
Academy Board,
Cyril Legrand is now responsible for client service and
day-to-day operations of the Academy, based in Oxford. He joins us
from French multi-national, Pernod Ricard where he has held senior
management positions in Europe and Asia for 10 years.
Cyril is an international business executive with practical
leadership experience of growing an international FMCG business in
Europe and Asia. He also has deep knowledge of the leadership,
coaching and culture field and has delivered the OLA SML at HEC
Business School in Paris (number one business school in Europe) for
several years. He is an alumnus of HEC Paris and Templeton College,
Oxford. Cyril lives in Bordeaux with his wife and two children and
works from our Oxford head office. He has been a top SML
facilitator for over a decade and serves on the OLA Supervisory
Board.
