Client News - Girl Scouts USA

Since 2007 Oxford Leadership Academy has been working with the Girl Scouts of the USA to build leadership capacity and Strategy Execution skills within their 100-year-old institution.

Based in New York City, GSUSA is the largest organisation in the world dedicated to the growth and development of girls. It serves 3.7 million girls and 100,000 adult volunteers with 190 councils across the USA and a staff of 400.

Oxford Leadership Academy has worked closely with CEO, Kathy Cloninger and the Senior Leadership Team to execute their strategic goals, nurturing and developing the leaders of tomorrow; “girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place”.

In April 2009 we asked Kathy Cloninger and Jaclyn Libowitz, Chief of Staff, to tell us how they see the leadership role of women and girls in creating a sustainable society, and to talk about their experience of working with Oxford Leadership Academy.
