Dr. Sandra Hayes is a Fellow of the Oxford Leadership.
Sandra is a development consultant and coach, who leverages adult learning and collaborative negotiation expertise to promote leadership competency and team effectiveness. Sandra is based in New York, USA. Sandra works in English.
Sandra has a strong interest in individuals and groups, helping them to learn to work more effectively in increasingly complex systems. She sees developing inclusive leaders, who are able to engage people with diverse experiences and perspectives, as critical for helping today’s organizational systems grow and thrive. Action learning is one approach she uses to promote a vision for sustainable organizations who have a strong and positive impact upon society.
Between 2003 and 2011, Sandra served as a trainer, facilitator and presenter at numerous global forums across North America and Europe, delivering on topics including Diversity and Inclusion, Collaborative Inquiry, and Strategic Learning. Sandra holds an M.A. in Organizational Psychology and an Ed.D. in Adult Learning and Leadership from the Teachers College of Columbia University.
