Mirjana is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership.

She is an executive coach, mentor and trainer who has more than 10 years experience in education and employee growth within large multinational corporations. Based in Serbia, Mirjana works in Serbian and English.

Mirjana’s work can be characterised as maximizing the strengths and knowledge of individuals for the benefit of both the person and the organisation. She is an expert in building strong people skills within executive, paying attention on work / life balance with deep experience and clarity to implement knowledge and skills in everyday activities. Mirjana enables senior client teams and individuals to achieve sustainably high performance in complex and challenging business situations. Her strengths are in coaching and mentoring, communication and motivational speaking.

Qualifications
Mirjana is an Associated Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, an approved Persona Global certified consultant and trainer, Trainer with Personal Strengths, (SDI Methodology) and an NLP Business Practitioner accredited by the International Association of NLP Institutes. She is a member of The Association of Business Women in Serbia as well as mentor in the “Share your knowledge – become a Mentor”, founded by the Embassy of USA, Erste Bank, the OSCE and the European Movement in Serbia. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering.

One of the most valuable training courses for me. A very well structured approach to reflection. Very enabling, the mixture of plenary session, working in groups and on your own. I enjoyed the methodology of asking questions to explore purpose, values and vision. Facilitator’s stories about their own experiences particularly stand out, they will serve well as a reminder for change when I’m in certain situations.
