He is an Executive Coach and an expert in working alongside CEOs & CxOs to be better leaders and help them achieve their potential by building high-performing teams & organisations. Prior to consultancy, Martin previously worked as a senior executive in the technology industry and held various management positions across Europe and Asia and spent several years running a UK software business. Based in the UK, Martin works in English.
Martin’s core capabilities include Senior Executive Coaching, Business advisory, Executive Team development, Organisational & Culture development as well as motivational speaking and workshops on High Performance. He is skilled at highly complex situations (individual & organisational), preparing organisations for exit, human integration post-acquisition/merger, and developing culture.
Martin holds a BSc Hons in European Management Science with further professional qualifications in Leadership and Business. This includes a qualification in Executive Education for Professional Service Firm from Harvard Business School.
