The leadership journey was very much different than a normal training to me. This beautiful scenery and the most mystic tranquillity provided the right atmosphere for an intense experience and sometimes confrontation with yourself… The journey helped me to describe more clearly what I already felt about the unbalance and helped me in focussing on my purpose and becoming conscious of my hidden barriers not to live my full potential.
