Marina has 30 years’ of experience in both leadership and internal change, and external consulting and coaching. She has designed, led and been a guardian of strategic initiatives to launch, build, rescue, turnaround and transform businesses and organisations. She has worked extensively with Banking & Financial Services industries as well as the hotel and leisure, retail and professional service industries. Based in the UK, Marina works in English and Hindi.
As a consultant, facilitator and coach, Marina creates brilliance, by enabling leaders to build purpose-led, values-driven high-performing organisations. She coaches leaders to do a better job of leading in accordance with their personal values, and supports them to embed the impact, sustain and share success, by coaching and mentoring internal “Transformation Champions” to influence transforming business for good.
A Business Studies graduate from Middlesex Business School (UK), Marina is an accredited consultant and facilitator in Culture Transformation Tools and Team Management & Leadership. She is currently completing ILM-7 accredited Executive & Corporate Coaching diploma.
