Lilian King is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership.

As a trusted Advisor to CEOs and their Senior Teams, and as a Consultant to Boards of Directors, Lilian has been involved in Corporate Leadership Succession, Development, Mergers and Business Turnarounds. Previously, she was a Senior Equity Partner with Mercer Delta Consulting and a Vice President of Citibank’s US Consumer Banking Group, after beginning her consulting career at McKinsey & Company. Based in the USA, Lilian works in English.

With deep experience in Organisation Alignment and Leadership Effectiveness, she has excellent assessment skills. A results-oriented consultant with a bias for simplicity of process and speed in execution, Lilian is able to manage difficult dynamics and work effectively with demanding leaders and their teams.
