EXECUTIVE PROFILE

Jetske is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership.

She is a seasoned Leadership & Talent Development Professional, Certified Coach and Facilitator. Jetske’s background is in Human Resources Development & Instructional Design, and she currently studies Work & Organisational Psychology. She aims to help people connect both with themselves with others, in order to create a better understanding. In a business context this takes shape by helping leaders to grow. Based in the Netherlands, Jetske works in Dutch and English.

Expertise
Since 2011, while working with ING Insurance as a Senior Consultant in Leadership Development, Jetske has been involved in major (cultural) change programmes and leadership development initiatives. From early 2008 until late 2011, she was Programme Manager with ING’s Business School, responsible for the design and delivery of various Leadership Development programmes for ING’s top management and high potentials. In this role she was also acting as an Internal Coach and Facilitator. Prior to that, she held various roles in the area of Learning & Development, HR Development, Procurement and Insurance within ING and NN.

Qualifications
Jetske is certified through Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and holds the Associate Certified Coach credentials with the International Coach Federation. She graduated from CTI’s Leadership Programme. Jetske is also a Hay Group accredited executive coach in Emotional Intelligence, a certified MBTI practitioner, a certified ‘Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching’ executive coach and a certified Cultural Transformation Tools consultant through the Barrett Values Centre.
