As a consultant and trainer, Jean-Christophe provides clients with management and HR advice that is underpinned by research and insights. He has a strong focus on Corporate Social Responsibility and business ethics. He offers leaders alternative approaches for enhancing teamwork and employee commitment by using multimedia tools, creative arts and meditation to great effect. He is also a regular speaker at France Business School (Brest campus) for graduate students in management training.

Qualifications
- Jean-Christophe holds an undergraduate degree in Theology and Religious Science from the Institut Catholique de Paris, and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Rheims Management School (NOEMA today). He is a certified MBTI level II practitioner with PCC level training from the ICF. In addition, he is a CTT Certified Consultant from the Barrett Values Centre and holds a Diapason license from Cooprex International.
