Ian is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership.
Ian began his career at the Boots Company in a variety of central commercial buying and group marketing management roles. After which, he moved into marketing and strategy consulting for eight years with Baker Tilly and Smith & Williamson where he was a partner in the management consulting division. His various roles involved leading and participating in client engagements around strategy, change, organisation development, market research, product/ service portfolio development and corporate communication. In drawing on this experience, Ian now concentrates on both one to one coaching at middle and senior executive level as well as designing and facilitating learning events and team alignment activities.
Ian holds a degree in Economics and Law from Birmingham University.
