Frank is a Strategic Partner of Oxford Leadership.

He is an organisational psychologist, executive coach, speaker and author with extensive experience in leadership development, business innovation and cultural transformation. Based in the Netherlands, Frank works in English and Dutch. He has a good understanding of French, German and Italian.

Expertise
Frank specialises in supporting leaders and teams in their quest to become truly high performing and innovative. Frank has over twenty six years of experience in Human Resources with Royal Dutch Shell. He held assignments in Africa (Gabon), Asia (Malaysia) and Europe (Netherlands, Belgium, UK), covering all businesses and functions. His last assignment in Shell was VP Human Resources for Innovation, Research & Development. He believes that great leadership is key for a better, more conscious and sustainable world. He quickly builds a trusting, safe environment where individuals and teams can experiment outside their comfort zone. This consistently results in significant personal growth and high business achievements. He is co-author of the book Leading Innovation (written in Dutch).

Qualifications
Frank graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology, and also holds a BSc in Political Science. He is certified as an Executive and Systems/Team coach and is accredited by the International Coach Federation. He is certified in a number of psychometric instruments, including Barrett Culture Transformation, Leadership Circle, Theory U Transformation, Blanchard Team Training and is an NLP Master Practitioner.

The leadership journey was very much different than a normal training to me. This beautiful scenery and the most mystic tranquillity provided the right atmosphere for an intense experience and sometimes confrontation with yourself… The journey helped me to describe more clearly what I already felt about the unbalance and helped me in focussing on my purpose and becoming conscious of my hidden barriers not to live my full potential. The journey helped me to take a different, more meaningful direction in life, for my self, my family, my teams, my company and contribution in society. The journey was very much how to become your true self again.
