Fran is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership.
Fran is an executive leadership coach and team facilitator with over 25 years’ experience. She has extensive knowledge of financial and professional services as well as the technology and voluntary sectors. Clients recognise and trust Fran’s ability to create an open environment of ‘creative discomfort’, in which they can be heard but also challenged. This enables them to clarify their own self-limiting assumptions and re-discover personal strengths, from which they progress to identify and explore new solutions that lead to better business and personal decisions. Based in the UK, Fran works in English.
Fran coaches and facilitates programmes for a broad range of clients from CEOs and board members to newly promoted business leaders. By blending a practical understanding of business with a rigorous academic training in psychotherapy, Fran’s approach helps leaders to identify and breakthrough emotional and practical issues that are at the heart of their leadership challenges. This enables them to increase their personal effectiveness and performance to sustain long-term change and drive continued business success.
Fran has an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling with further qualifications in Existential Psychotherapy. She is a fellow of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a affiliate and member of the Special Group of Coaching Psychology, British Psychological Society.
