Elisa brings the learning and wisdom of over 15 years working in the domain of executive coaching, strategic management and learning & development. As a successful business owner and entrepreneur with over two decades of transforming lives and businesses of thousands of people internationally, she has facilitated organisational as well as individual interventions for a wide range of clients. As an effective change agent, Elisa maintains a balance of human empathy and integrity whilst keeping bottom-line business results in mind. Based in the USA, Elisa works in English and German.

Elisa is highly skilled in designing, delivering and managing a wide range of interventions. Qualifications
Elisa holds qualifications in Curative Education and Social Studies earning her Diploma from Emerson College. Elisa is certified by ICF PCC and is a qualified RCS Level 2 Coach, Mentor, Lead Trainer and Assessor. She is an accredited WorldsView Academy Master Facilitator and holds further accreditations in MBTI, Enneagram, DISC, Social Styles and Birkman 360.
