Miriam is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership.

With over 25 years of executive coaching experience, Miriam is a Senior Advisor and Executive Coach to CEOs, COOs, and their teams, with specific expertise in Professional Service Firm Leadership Effectiveness and Development. She also works with her clients in the areas of strategy, large-scale global change, and culture change and leadership development design and implementation. Based in USA, Miriam works in English and Hebrew.

Miriam’s expertise lies in building and managing global client relationships, supporting CEOs and COOs to develop their executive leadership capacity, driving large scale strategic change, organization design, engaging corporate boards in succession planning, designing and leading post-merger integrations, conducting post-merger top-team executive assessment and integration and engaging global organisations in large scale culture-change.

Qualifications
Miriam received her B.A. in Psychology from McGill University, an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from Columbia University Business School, and a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. At Columbia University, she lectures in the areas of large scale change, and executive coaching and assessment. Her academic research focused on leadership effectiveness in professional service firms.
