EXECUTIVE PROFILE


Daniel Poch is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership.

He has been working with teams and individuals of several companies for 12 years. His focus has been to Develop Leadership in a creative, innovative and practical way to empower transformation on both a personal and organisational level. Daniel is a teacher in the Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona, and is academic collaborator in several business schools and frequent lecturer in leadership issues, publishing numerous articles regarding his areas of expertise in specialised magazines. Based in Spain, Daniel works in English and Spanish.

Expertise
Daniel has worked in management development, strategic focusing and cultural revitalisation processes with managers, high potentials and teams. As Managing Partner in AddVenture, he works with companies to develop leadership and to make transformation happen. He has helped in the transformation of an international pharmaceutical company developing self-leadership in several departments. He has also intervened using executive coaching and leadership workshops in the transformation of a renowned information management company.

Qualifications
Daniel holds a Degree in Political Science and Sociology from the UAB and a Postgraduate Degree in Marketing and Negotiation from IDEC-UPF. He is a certified coach by the ICF (International Coach Federation), trained in the Co-active Coaching Program from CTI, and is also certified by the Center for Right Relationship (ORSC) as a coach for systems and organisations. He has also successfully carried out the Leadership Program from CTI. Daniel is accredited by The Leadership Circle (TLC) and in TDA (Team Diagnostic Assessment). He is certified in Strategic Visioning and Visual Meetings by The Grove Consultants and Tetramap.
