EXECUTIVE PROFILE

Chris is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership.

His focus on Leadership is built on 30 years’ experience in this field. After distinguishing himself with Inter-Cultural Psychology, Communications and Language Skills in China, Chris moved to Hong Kong where he worked for several years with one of the world’s largest Public Relations Consultancies. Based out of Hong Kong, Chris works in English, Mandarin and other Chinese dialects.

Expertise
Chris works with clients to induce Organisational Change, make mission-critical teams more effective, and help senior executives achieve peak performance goals. A focus for much of Chris’ work is the identification of the critical skills and thinking that underpin extraordinary performance. This knowledge is then used to help individuals and teams responsible for breakthrough performance first achieve, and then exceed, their goals. He also helps leaders identify and address the major unspoken issues in their organisation – the so-called ‘elephants’ in the room.

Qualifications
Chris’ professional qualifications include a first class honours degree in psychology from the University of Canterbury, advanced certificates from the University of Hong Kong (Education) and Iowa State University (Accelerated Learning Methodology), and an expert trainer’s qualification in NLP.
