Catherine is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership.

She is an executive coach, psychologist and facilitator with a background in the healthcare industry. In 2003, she founded her own consultancy which focuses on discovering and linking the purposes of companies and their people. Her career centres around people and management policies by providing coaching, consultancy and training programs to a broad range of organisations and entrepreneurs. Based in France, Catherine works in French, English and Italian.

Expertise
As an executive coach, labour psychologist and strategic foresight consultant, Catherine adopts a holistic approach which addresses the physical, mental and social spheres of health, helping people and organisations discover their own purpose, enhancing teamwork and employee commitment.

With 25 years experience in the healthcare industry, and services, she has worked extensively in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments. Her work has predominantly been based around international regulatory affairs and project management.

Qualifications
Catherine holds a Pharmaceutical Degree from Paris V University as well as a Health Law specialisation from Paris XI University. She is a qualified Labour Psychologist and psychopathologists certified by Cnam Paris, as well as a qualified Executive Coach with Paris VIII University. In addition Catherine is certified in TMS®, social styles®, 4 colors® and in the main psychologist tools.
