Britta is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership.

She is a Professional Strategy Consultant, Facilitator and Coach who has worked with Executives and Management Teams across many industries including Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services, IT and Pharmaceuticals. Britta has a long-standing successful track record as a business leader in the FMCG industry. She held various executive positions in Sales and Marketing e.g. at Imperial Tobacco and Danone for more than 18 years, and led many strategic and organisational change projects. Based in Germany, Britta works in German and English.

An experienced and highly result-oriented leader herself, Britta understands the drivers behind organisational as well as personal performance. She has deep expertise and proven results in developing and implementing high-performance training and coaching programmes. Britta is particularly strong at tailoring training and coaching programmes to a client’s specific situation and challenges insuring sustainable results. Her core competencies include: leadership development, team performance, developing and implementing strategy, cultural change, sales strategy and implementation.

Qualifications
Britta holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Friedrich–Alexander Universität Nürnberg/Erlangen). She is also a ICF professional certified coach (Executive and Team Coach). She holds various international training licensees in leadership and team trainings.
