Bart is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership.
Bart has worked as a Senior Consultant, Trainer and Manager for more than 15 years. He supports institutional clients in Strategic Planning, as well as Monitoring and Evaluating their Operations. He brings many years of experience in Strategic Training and Organisational Development. Based in Norway, Bart works in English, Norwegian and Polish.
Bart’s trainings have addressed SMEs, governments of various levels and NGOs in developing countries such as Poland, Serbia, Croatia and Georgia. Over the last 6 years he has established the International Projects Department at Oxford Research from scratch. Starting with no leads, today his team is serving top international clients such as the European Commission and the Nordic Council of Ministers. Bart has worked with CEOs, high level expert groups and demanding large international organisations. In addition, he has facilitated economic development processes in many developing regions.
Bart holds a Masters Degree in International Relations and is a certified Internal Auditor and Manager of Quality Management System in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard. He holds a diploma with distinction of the Leaders School by Open Society Institute and Batory Trust Oxford and is undergoing certification with Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coach Federation.
