EXECUTIVE PROFILE


Agneta is a Partner of Oxford Leadership.

She has extensive experience of working with management teams, leadership development and coaching. With over fifteen years’ experience of consulting to high-level executives on leadership, Agneta brings her experience and knowledge to solving the particular complexity facing the client. Agneta has previously worked for nine years in marketing and sales at IBM, being responsible for multinational companies within process industry. She has also been a partner of an international search firm, which she contributed to turning into a major executive search firm in Sweden. Based in Sweden, Agneta works in Swedish and English.

Expertise
Agneta has extensive experience in leadership solution design. She co-creates workshops with the clients, taking the different dynamics of the individual, team and the organization into consideration, applying a systems approach in delivery. Having delivered many “Self Managing Leadership” and “Leading High Performance Teams” programmes within Oxford Leadership, Agneta is particularly strong in working with the dynamics of the individual and the team and facilitating interventions.

Qualifications
Agneta has an MSc in Industrial and Management Engineering. She has also studied psychology and she holds a diploma as a therapist. She is an ICF certified coach (PCC) and has a certification in ORSC, Organisation Relationship System Coaching.
