Brian Bacon, Founder and President

Brian Bacon has an impressive range of international management consultancy experience and has earned the reputation of being one of the world’s leading organisational change facilitators. Brian recently received an award from Mexican President Vicente Fox for outstanding service by the Oxford Leadership Academy to the Mexican Republic during his term in office.

Oxford Leadership Academy Fellows

Rather than 'employing' senior consultants, we engage with other senior independent professionals (Fellows) who work collaboratively as equals under the auspices of OLA. The Fellows are supported by a small dedicated staff who take care of administration and marketing.

Alice Chilver, Operations Manager

Alice’s responsibilities include steering and overseeing the Academy’s European activity and spearheading the Oxford Leadership Academy in an exciting new era of growth and expansion.

Kate de Ban, Financial Controller

Kate fulfils two key roles within the company: she deals with all financial management and legal oversight, as well as project-managing programmes run with major clients such as Telefónica.

Andre Bischoff, Commercial Director

Andre oversees commercial contracts entered into by the company including contracts with Clients, Fellows, Associates, Strategic and Joint Venture Partners

Miguel Gowland, Relationship Manager

Miguel is primarily responsible for overseeing the expansion of the OLA network in Spain and Latin America, and certain territories in Western Europe.

Matthew Harper, Business Development Manager

Matthew's role is to build on existing and develop new relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive OLA marketing activity.

Through our partners and affiliates we provide leadership consultancy and leadership training programmes in Australia, Mexico and Latin America, North America, Denmark, Sweden, and mainland Europe including Holland, France and Spain.
