Tamara has spent her entire career creating
the conditions for personal and organizational transformation. She
has nearly 30 years of professional leadership experience in
organizations and has served as a facilitator, trainer and public
speaker in many local and national capacities.
Tamara is a member of the International Faculty Board for the
Oxford Leadership Academy™. She served as a member of the national
training team for the Peter F. Drucker Foundation -
Leader-to-Leader Institute.
Her service to the community and her business accomplishments
were recognized when the Chamber of Commerce of Greater Phoenix
presented her the Athena Award as businesswoman of the year in
2007. She has received many other awards and recognitions around
her leadership in the areas of social justice, education and
building balance and respect, throughout society, for both genders,
and the feminine and masculine qualities in all people.
She speaks frequently and publishes articles primarily on
leadership, organizational development and gender issues. She is an
organizational leader in The Girl Effect USA and community
organizer for a number of social justice issues.
