Robin brings over 20 years of strategic
consulting, global research, and senior leadership experience to
her role.
In addition to her work with Oxford Leadership Academy™, she
recently founded an action research platform-Integral Growth,
LLC-to advance the practice of leadership development. The
platform brings together academics and practitioners who are
committed to recreating the way organizations cultivate the
leadership needed to foster innovation and wise decision-making in
a complex world. As part of that work, she is a fellow at Harvard
University and co-leads a project at the University of Virginia
that explores the role of social networks in accelerating
leadership development.
Until recently, Robin served as Research Director at
Deloitte. For nine years she led the firm's global
research on the human aspects of organizational performance.
Her work in the domains of talent management, organizational
knowledge, and social networks sparked new strategies and practices
for the firm's clients; led to new service offerings for Deloitte's
consulting practice; underpinned the firm's own strategies; and
created eminence for the firm.
Robin has led workshops and roundtables for senior executives
and leaders in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
She has presented and keynoted at major conferences, including
The Conference Board, Braintrust, Employers of Excellence, and KM
Asia
She has authored dozens of studies and articles, teaming with
faculty from MIT, Harvard University, and INSEAD. Her
work has been cited in major media around the world, such as
The Economist, ABC World News, The Times, Investors' Business
Daily, and The Globe and Mail.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Robin was VP of global
production at Cole-Haan, a subsidiary of Nike. She
began her career as a manager and consultant with Kurt Salmon
Associates. She has extensive international experience,
having worked in 28 countries across Asia, Europe, Latin America,
and the former Soviet Union.
Robin serves on the board of Balance Integration
Corporation. She has also served on the board of the United
Nations Association, the nation's leading center of policy research
on the U.N. and global issues, and on executive councils at the
Conference Board, Harvard University, University of Virginia, and
Babson College.
Robin holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from
the University of Florida; an M.A. in International Economic Policy
from Columbia University; and an Advanced Certificate in
Organizational Development and HR Management from Columbia
University and the University of Michigan.
She is certified in coaching and many innovative practices and
social technologies.
Robin lives in Boston with her partner Mark and their seven
orchids.
