Judy Johnson is a highly experienced consultant, whose key skills include process facilitation, team development, experiential education design and delivery, needs assessment and program evaluation.

Judy's has over twenty years of experience in facilitating clarity in complex organisational and group situations. She has an extraordinary ability to alter, accommodate and merge ideas, providing the right time and right training and dialogue in groups.

Judy is an Associate Faculty at the Dalhousie University, teaching the Advanced Facilitation Skills Course. 

She works with government, private sector and community based programs and organisations. In addition to North America, Judy's work experience extends into Latin America and Asia. She is fluent in English and conversant in French and Spanish.

Some of Judy's recent clients include the United Nations, the Girl Scouts, Alberta Cancer Board, Public Works and Government Services Canada, Metals Economics Group, Precision BioLogic, Canada World Youth, Human Resources Canada, Centre for Intercultural Learning and Canadian Foreign Service Institute.  

Judy's main areas of expertise include:

PROCESS FACILITATION - Through the use of teaming strategies, reflective inquiry and experiential activities, Judy uses an appreciative inquiry approach to facilitate strategic planning, team-building and conflict resolution retreats. 

EDUCATIONAL DESIGN AND TRAINING -Using the principles of experiential education and shared leadership, Judy creates and facilitates trainings on: organisation-wide supervisory and managerial development; "train-the-trainer"/adult education; coaching and counselling; performance management; communications and team-building.

INTERCULTURAL EFFECTIVENESS TRAINING - Judy designs and facilitates intercultural effectiveness orientation and debriefing sessions for professionals working overseas, including those that are sponsored by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA). 

Judy is a certified and experienced facilitator of the Oxford Leadership Development Program on behalf of Oxford Leadership Academy™.
