Appointed as the first Chief Learning Officer for Girl
Scouts USA and holding prior positions in organisational consulting
at Johnson & Johnson, Angela helps organisations pioneer
new initiatives that redefine and reposition industries. She is an
innovator that brings new concepts and ideas from the imagination
of R&D to execution and market opportunity.
At Johnson & Johnson, Angela consulted with business leaders
across the consumer, medical device and pharmaceutical sectors in
the launch of Leader-View, a customised high potential programme
supporting global talent management.
Angela managed the merger integration of three utility companies
in a regulatory environment.
At Educational Testing Service, Angela pioneered the launch of
diversified revenue streams. As architect of Destination MBA for 10
years helping women advance in business careers, Angela
has published three official business guides.
At The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), Angela co-designed
the Leadership for High Performing Teams Program and Leadership for
the Human Resource Professional.
Angela is author of 'Teams at Work' published by Pfeiffer &
Co and contributing author to 'Leadership: The Eleanor Roosevelt
Way'.
She is co-founder of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs and
is a member of the NJ OD Network, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority,
Inc.
Angela was nominated as Trainer of the Year by The American
Society of Training and Development (a nationwide programme to
develop OD practitioners).
Angela is certified in a number of psychological assessments
used in executive coaching, Trust & Betrayal in the Workplace
technology, Fearless Living, GESTALT and National Training
Laboratory.
Angela is a graduate of the University of Southern California
with and has an MBA in Organizational Behaviour and an MS in
Marketing from Boston University. She holds numerous training
programme certifications and is a graduate of the Executive
Management Program at Harvard Business School.
