Andrew Cohn is a Fellow, consultant and course leader with Oxford Leadership Academy™, USA. 

For over 20 years he has worked globally as a consultant, advocate, facilitator and problem-solver for businesses and individuals. 

Andrew's work improves his clients' business results and culture, and enhances individual performance and satisfaction. 

Andrew brings clarity to complex problems. He helps focus leaders on what matters most and how to effectively act on it.  Andrew works in a variety of settings; he has forged alignment among senior pharmaceutical company leaders, he has taught leadership skills to global consumer products operations leaders building new supply chain organizations, and he has consulted with financial services leaders regarding how to effectively manage and develop an increasingly diverse work force. Whatever the industry and objective, Andrew shares his focus, wisdom, and enthusiasm. 

Andrew facilitates solutions to workplace disputes and crises. His open-minded and non-judgmental style fosters trust and positive focus, and he helps his clients move through troubled waters quickly and productively.

In a very practical manner, he keeps his clients' focus on both the bottom line and the people who achieve it.  

He has also co-developed 'Service-Based Team Building', a unique and powerful program that utilizes shared community service activities as a tool to enhance the service ethic in the workplace culture.

Andrew approaches learning from a person entered approach and a systemic point of view. He loves to learn and loves to teach. He is committed to creating learning opportunities for his clients and to helping them gain value. Andrew practiced law for seven years in California prior to founding his own organizational consulting firm in 1997. In addition to his Juris Doctorate he has a Masters Degree in Applied Psychology and a Bachelors Degree in International Relations. He lives in Pennsylvania with his wife and son.
