Roxane

Roxane is committed to supporting individuals in their personal growth through self-awareness and conscious response-ability, hence creating a leadership culture from the inside out.  Her passion is for people to create from their whole self to make empowered choices at the service of their personal, professional and social communities.

 

Roxane delivers and facilitates the Self-Managing Leadership™ programme in the UK, Holland and Spain, both in the context of open courses and in house with companies such as Vedior and Telefónica AkzoNobel.

Roxane works with senior executives in multinational corporations and directors of small companies, as well as on systems within organisations.  In collaboration with Augere & Asociados she has been coaching managers in Sony Spain, Bayer Spain and Telefónica.  As a trainer, as well as delivering the SML™ programme for OLA, Roxane leads coaching training courses at an international level as a Front of Room Leader for The Coaches Training Institute (CTI).  She is involved in the CTI Coaching Certification Programme as a supervisor and examiner. Roxane is also a NIA Green belt practitioner and she runs workshops in the UK and in Spain.

Roxane trained as a coach in Spain with Augere Foundation - CTI and she is a member of the International Coach Federation and ICF España.  She is an authorised facilitator of the Team Diagnostic with Team Coaching International and she has completed the ORSC programme (Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching) with The Center for Right Relationship.

Her leadership training includes the CTI - Leadership Programme, the Self-Managing Leadership™ programme with Oxford Leadership Academy and The Act of Leadership with eKCosystem.  As a NIA practitioner Roxane trained in France with France-Laude Gohard and in the UK with Carlos AyaRosas.

Roxane's studies include a business course at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce of Amiens, France and a Master degree in Philosophy ("Maîtrise") from the University of Amiens where she also obtained two Bachelor's degrees (in Philosophy and in English Language and Culture, University of Amiens and Keele University, UK), and a double DEUG certificate in Philosophy and Sociology.  She is also a qualified teacher of foreign languages in secondary education (Open University, UK).

With more than 10 years of residence in the UK, two years in Spain, and whilst travelling in Europe, Roxane has developed a multicultural dimension.  French being her mother tongue, she also speaks English and Castellan (Spanish) fluently.
