Roxane Loiseaux

Fellow

Roxane is a Fellow and course leader with the Oxford Leadership Academy™, and a certified coach (CPCC, PCC). She is committed to supporting individuals in their personal growth through self-awareness and conscious response-ability, hence creating a leadership culture from the inside out.  Her passion is for people to create from their whole self to make empowered choices at the service of their personal, professional and social communities. 

As well as delivering and facilitating the Self-Managing Leadership® programme, both in the context of open courses and in house with companies such as Vedior, Telefónica, AkzoNobel, BASF, Roxane delivers the LHPT (Leading High Performing Teams)  programme and she designs and delivers Train the Trainers programmes for new OLA faculty.

As a trainer Roxane also leads coaching training courses at an international level as a Front of Room Leader for The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and she is involved in the CTI Coaching Certification Programme as a supervisor and examiner.  As a coach, and member of the International Coach Federation, Roxane works with senior executives in multinational corporations and directors of small companies, as well as on systems within organisations.  She is an authorised facilitator of The Leadership Circle Profile™ and the Team Diagnostic™ (Team Coaching International ). Roxane's portfolio includes body work, as a Nia™ practitioner, and spiritual work, through meditation and the study of the Enneagram . 

With more than 13 years of residence in the UK, two years in Spain, and whilst travelling in Europe, Roxane has developed a multicultural dimension.  French being her mother tongue, she also speaks English and Castellan (Spanish) fluently, and some German.
