Cyril has supported us by facilitating various SML
Journeys as well as a Train the Trainer programme for our employees
in AkzoNobel Decorative Paints Continental Europe. Cyril is a
great professional, who clearly explains the nuances of each step
of the SML model. He senses personal and group dynamics very well
and uses that well to open up good dialogues about difficult topics
in a spirited ambiance
