Silvio Raij

Silvio Raij is a fellow of Oxford
Leadership Academy, Uruguay.
He comes from a family of artists and designers, which has
allowed him to be involved in an environment of constant creative
work and innovation since childhood.
For more than 10 years, he has been sharing his knowledge as a
professor of design and audiovisual production at the School of
Communication and Design of the ORT University, Uruguay. He is also
Director of GSX Media, a multimedia design and production
company.
In his search for cultivating his spirit and contributing to
society, in 1999 Silvio found a way to combine his creativity with
the art of managing people and began to deliver courses and
seminars on such topics as the Quality of Life, Self-esteem, Stress
Free Living, Positive Thinking and Time
Management.
These seminars allowed Silvio to cultivate his passion for
helping others to develop their true potential and to balance their
personal and professional lives.
He has lectured in USA, Spain, Paraguay and Argentina and was
trained in India, USA, UK and South America.
Since 2007, Silvio has been an associate consultant with AHS,
Advanced Human Systems, a training and HR management consulting
company.
He coordinates the VIVO "Living Values in Organizations"
Programme with the Vivendo Valores Institute of Brazil.
He has also been trained in New York as a facilitator in
"Appreciative Inquiry" an organizational development process, by
David L. Cooperrider, Case Weatherhead School of Management,
Cleveland.
