Tana is an Fellow of the Oxford Leadership Academy™ in Spain
and a co-active professional coach, senior trainer and management
consultant.
Tana trained as a coach with the Augere Foundation and in CTI as
part of the Co-Active Coaching Training Programme. She has
also completed the ORSC programme (Organisation and Relationship
Systems Coaching) at the Center for Right Relationship. Tana
is currently collaborating with the EADA Business School and the
Netherlands Business School.
Tana has worked as an executive coach, senior trainer and
management consultant with several leading multi-national companies
including Apple, Novartis, Sandoz, La Caixa, GMAC, Random House,
Phillip Morris, Almirall, Telefónica and Microsoft. Her clients
include organisations as well as managers, professionals, and high
emerging leaders who seek development in all aspects of their
life.
Tana's approach seeks to inspire and encourage change, leading
to improvements in attitude, behaviour, and skills. She is focused
on helping her clients to define their purpose and in turn reach
their full potential in both their professional and personal
lives.
Tana has over twenty years experience in Human Resources in a
range of areas, such as Communication & Organisational
Development, Talent Management and Training, with multi-national
companies such as Winterthur Insurance, Beiersdorf Nivea and
Hewlett-Packard.
Tana is a trained Psychologist and has a Masters in Human
Resources from the EADA (School of Business, Barcelona) as well as
qualifications in Labour Legislation and Labour Relations.
She is also an NLP practitioner.
