Simone has been leading organizational
development strategies globally for 13 years. Her experience spans
from consulting with Accenture across industries to being a front
line specialist with the United Nations.
Her expertise with organizational and leadership development,
coupled with change management is complimented by her
executive business and life coaching qualifications and experience.

Telefonica o2 Germany, Lantiq, Avery Dennison Zweckform, BASF,
Danone, Akzo Nobel.
Simone has lead a team as an interim manager for Telefonica o2
Germany, where she was responsible for HR Strategy & Cultural
Change. Previously, she was Director of People & Organisational
Development at Qimonda, a semiconductor manufacturing firm. In this
position she lead an international team in multiple areas,
including: leadership development, employee engagement, talent
management, succession planning and training & development.
Working for the United Nations in New York and Rome, Simone's
work included being a Human Resources focal point for donor
countries, UN departments and Young Professionals with regards to
strategic planning, budget planning, recruiting and people
development. During her time with the World Food Program, based in
Rome Simone acted as a staff counselor providing direct counseling
support and training to headquarter and field staff. Her final
assignment with the UN brought her back to New York for the UN
Department for Security and Safety designing programs for crises
intervention measures for UN staff members.
Born in Warstein and now living in Munich. Simone graduated with
a MA in psychology from Westfaelische-Wilhelms-Universitaet in
Muenster, Germany.
