Pablo Tovar is an Fellow of the Oxford Leadership
Academy™, Spain. Since 2008, he has facilitated a number of
programmes with the Oxford Leadership Academy including the Leading
Self programme® at the Universitas Telefónica.
Pablo has 18 years' experience in Human Resource Management as a
consultant, coach and HR director in multinational companies. He
assumed Human Resources responsibility for fourteen countries in
three different continents.
Pablo lectures at several Business Schools, where he also
develops workshops in People Management and Leadership Development.
He was formerly a professor at the Universidad Autonoma de
Barcelona, Spain and has also published articles in different
professional magazines.
Pablo is a Compensation Certified professional (CCP), a
qualification delivered by WorldatWork (the former American
Compensation Association), and is trained in the Co-Active Coaching
programme by the Augere Foundation-Coaches Training Institute
(California, USA), certified by the International Coaching
Federation.
He holds a Degree in Psychology, a Master's in Human Resources
Management, and is a Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic
Programming.
He is an IESE (PDD) and ESADE Business Administration
graduate.
He has also been trained in Enneagram, Raja Yoga Meditation and
Yoga Nidra Meditation.
