Lena is a licensed psychologist and works as an organisational consultant with particular focus on personal, team and leadership development. She is also a trained actress. Lena is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Lena has a long experience of communication development thanks to her work as both a psychologist and as an actress. Lena has also worked in the field of stress management as well as crisis and conflict management for several years.

In recent years Lena has mainly worked with MacMann Berg in Stockholm, a Scandinavian consultant company. At MMB Lena worked with a range of firms including Alfa Laval, Danske Bank and Ericsson and with public bodies including The Swedish National Debt Office and Stockholm Vatten AB (Stockholm Water).

Previously Lena spent time working for Occupational Health Care at Previa and Feelgood in Stockholm, two of Sweden's leading health care companies. During that time she worked closely with the Swedish Government alongside the Board of Customs and local bodies such as Karolinska University Hospital. She also worked with Telia Sonera, IKEA, S:t Eriks Ögonsjukhus, Hewlett Packard and Tech Data.

As well as undertaking roles in management , Lena has worked in the field of psychology and open psychiatry.
Lena has also spent time working as an actress both on stage and television. She has applied this experience to business by developing an interactive theatre model which addresses workplace conflict with the intention of improving collaboration.

In both her psychological and consultancy work, Lena has undertaken leadership coaching and leadership development to bring about positive change. She subscribes to the belief that it is vital to find inner motivation - as a key to deeper self- knowledge and personal development. She creates tailor-made programmes using interactive models and role play to enable participants to develop their skills.

During her work within the Occupational Health Care system, Lena also recognized the distinct correlation between personal leadership and good health among employees. Developing techniques to simultaneously improve employee health and efficiency have since become vital to Lena.
