Henrik Lannerhjelm
Stockholm
Senior Fellow
Henrik teaches and coaches individuals,
executives and small management groups in the art and practice of
learning and awareness. In his work, Henrik concentrates on helping
people see clearly, adapt and thrive within the process of
change.
Henrik has over fourteen years of experience in creating,
designing and guiding leadership training tailor-made for global
companies. He started his own consultancy business, Femitolv, eight
years ago. Bringing together his military and consultancy
experience, he designed and implemented the UL Facilitator Course
(Transformational Leadership - Train the Trainers Course) for the
Swedish National Defence College.
Henrik believes that an important trend in business is
individualisation. This does not mean that organisational divisions
and departments are becoming obsolete, but rather that they are
operating increasingly independently.
Processes are becoming more open and less rigidly defined.
International cooperation is commonplace, often making it necessary
to coordinate with people who come from different cultures and who
have differing world views. Building trust quickly is essential -
how can we organise that?
As smaller and more independent operational units develop, each
will create a local database, and culture, and generate their own
professional ambitions. They even create their own identities. In
this environment, it will be crucial for each unit to effectively
act on their own, while understanding that they're not able to
accomplish anything completely independently.
Henrik studied leadership and management at the Swedish National
Defence College. He is an accredited leader of Oxford Leadership
Academy™ programmes, having been trained personally by Brian Bacon
in Oxford, England.
He regularly consults with SEBank, Handelsbanken, SJ -government
railway, Johnson & Johnson, Sandvik, Tele2, Handelshögskolan -
Business school, LFV, Adecco - temporary employment providers and
PEAB - construction company.
