Gonzalo Reyes is an Fellow of the Oxford Leadership Academy™,
Spain. Gonzalo is also President of the Unicas Festival
(Festival of Great Female Voices, in Barcelona and Madrid). He is a
Board member of Sirpus Publishers and Zephirum Exclusivas.
He combines his duties as a manager with his work as an
executive coach by developing coaching programmes for leaders, in
collaboration with Augere & Asociados and Oxford Leadership
Academy, working with clients such as Brose, Trades, Bioser, Sanofi
and Telefónica.
It was when he was with Tagg Yellowstone as Account Director,
and Lintas Worldwide and Interpublic Group as Managing Director
that Gonzalo took his interest in leadership and coaching into the
advertising and publishing fields.
His international client portfolio included Sony Corporation,
Bayer, Roca Radiadores, Renault, Unilever, Panasonic, General
Biscuits and Honda Cars. When he was attached to Lintas University
he created the bespoke "Management and Leadership" programme
specifically designed for the General Directors of the
international units of Lintas Worldwide, delivered at Dartmouth
College, USA.
Gonzalo trained as a coach in Spain, completing the joint
"Co-Active Coaching Programme" run by the Augere Foundation, the
Coaching and Development Institute and The Coaches Training
Institute. This was the first coaching programme in Spain to
be certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Gonzalo also designs and teaches Leadership and Applied
Creativity Workshops with the Escuela Superior de Marketing y
Administración (E.S.M.A.), in Barcelona. He is a practitioner of
Neuro-Linguistic Programming, accredited by the Gestalt
Institute.
Gonzalo is also interested in the field of bio-energy and
personal growth and he is currently training in
psycho-bioenergetics with the Barbara Brennan School.
