Erika Kleestorfer is a Senior Fellow of the
Oxford Leadership Academy™ Austria and a highly-experienced and
inspirational trainer, coach, facilitator and consultant.
She works with a broad range of national and international
organisations in a variety of industry sectors, helping executives
and companies - such as IBM, Duke CE, Triumph International,
Deutsche Bank, Sanofi-Aventis, Erste Bank, ECB to reassess
priorities and develop new strategies for personal and
organisational success. Erika started her own company Kleestorfer
Consulting six years ago.
In her work, Erika focuses on the following fields:
Organisation consulting, process facilitation, executive coaching,
intercultural training/diversity and team development. She is
particularly interested in supporting senior managers in their
decision making processes, sustaining their learning, development
and facilitating change processes.
Erika is passionate about enabling people fully to exploit their
own and organisations' potential and to turn all their talents into
results. She is committed to supporting organisations and
individuals in their personal growth through self-awareness, hence
creating a leadership culture from the inside out. Her passion is
for people and teams to restart processes that have come to a halt.
Her main line of action here is to reactivate available
resources, mobilise existing talents, bundle the energy available
and tap potentials. Erika facilitates a variety of leadership
workshops including the Self-Managing Leadership® programme both in
the context of open courses and in-house. Erika works with
senior executives in multinational corporations and directors of
small companies as well as with non-profit organisations and
individuals.
Erika trained as a coach & consultant in Austria and studied
business administration, psychology and communication science in
Vienna and Berkeley, USA. She is an authorised facilitator for
DISC, MBTI, HBDI, EQ-i and COI. In collaboration with Duke CE she
has trained and coached managers in Deutsche Bank and Ingersoll
Rand in various countries.
For the past fourteen years, Erika has designed and delivered
many tailor-made training and development programmes. She has an
interactive delivery style which challenges course participants to
think deeply, challenging existing ways of doing, reassess and
ultimately develop new success strategies. She works with senior
executives in her role as executive coach, helping her clients to
identify development opportunities and to create strategies for
exploiting those opportunities.
Erika lives in Vienna and works in both English and German.
