Fellow
Carl Lindeborg is a Fellow with the
Oxford Leadership Academy™. He has served as a management
consultant throughout Europe and the United States.
As a former consultant at McKinsey & Co, Carl has worked
with a range of major firms to improve management structures and
organizations in a diverse number of countries including Britain,
Sweden and the United States. Carl has also worked for Elextrolux,
Wacker Chemie and Akzo Nobel, as well as been a member of the Board
of Directors of Swedish listed company Avonova.
Working with these and other businesses has provided Carl with a
rare wealth of experience and expertise. Furthermore he has
delivered over one hundred workshops, speeches and programmes for
corporate clients and at guest appointments at prestigious
institutions including the Harvard Business School and the
Stockholm School of Economics.
In his native Sweden Carl has published in excess of thirty
articles in magazines such as Affarsvarlden and has authored and
co- authored a further three books including Ditt Briljanta Jag, a
Liv och Ledarskap 'book of the month'. Similarly he produced a CD
mental training program to support the successful realization of
visions and goals. Carl has also appeared on national Swedish
television giving an address on personal leadership.
He is a graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics and has
studied international management at Richerd Ivey School of
Business. Furthermore he has undertaken training at Karolinska
Institutet (Sweden), NLP University (USA), and with the Oxford
Leadership Academy itself.
