Bo is a Fellow of the Oxford Leadership
Academy™ Denmark and a consultant, executive coach and
trainer.
He is committed to supporting organisations and individuals in
their personal growth through self-awareness, hence creating a
leadership culture from the inside out. Bo has been associated with
the Oxford Leadership Academy for the past two years.
Originally a journalist, Bo went from the media world to
PR-agencies and the position as Head of Press in Denmark's 2nd
largest telephone company from 2000-2004. During those years he
also studied NLP and psychotherapy. The last year at the telco he
served as interim President of Communications.
Since 2004 Bo has been an independent consultant, designing and
leading workshops in the field of communication, personal power and
'inner leadership' often utilizing the meditation tools he has
learnt from his studies in Buddhism and stays in Indian ashrams. In
the past six years, Bo has also helped leaders from across a
variety of industries within the public and private sector with 1:1
coaching.
In February he embarked on an Masters degree running over two
years in 'Leadership- and Organizational Psychology' at the
University Aalborg.
Bo is author of eight books in the area of
consciousness-development (all published in Danish only).
