Tiantian Shao

Tiantian Shao is senior consultant at AON Consulting and an Associate Fellow of the Oxford Leadership Academy™ based in Beijing, China.

She holds an MA degree in Human Resource Management from Westminster University and a BA degree from Beijing Polytechnic University.

Tiantian is an experienced leadership trainer, assessor, and executive coach. Her professional areas include Competency Model development, EAP, HRM planning and succession planning and she is also a psychological practitioner in corporate environment and individual career development.

Before joining Aon Consulting, Tiantian worked with several global organisations and big local names. She has more than 10 years' experience in Human Resource Management, training, management consulting and website knowledge system development.

Her experience encompasses training, executive coaching, leadership assessment and positive psychology.

Tiantian's extensive experience can also be seen in the wide range of clients she has worked alongside. These include Sino Chemical, Starbucks, TaiKang Life Insurance, LiNing, ChinaHR and EmersonProcess.  Tiantian has received training in "Transformational Leadership - Advanced Executive Coaching" from the Satir Institute of the Pacific & Satir Learning & Development Centre of China. Tiantian has also trained in Synergic Team Coaching, demonstrating her ability to apply psychological methods to management.

Tiantian is bilingual (English and native mandarin).
