Shuntian
Yao is a Director at the Satir Learning and Development Centre and
an Associate Fellow of the Oxford Leadership Academy™ based in
Beijing, China.
She holds an MS degree from Harvard University's School of
Public Health and a BS degree from Beijing University.
Shuntian coaches individuals, executives and small groups in
methods to improve their own self-management, attitude and outlook.
She is experienced in working alongside leading personnel and
helping them to readjust their inner focus and obtain greater
clarity and vision in both their personal and private lives.
Whilst working with clients Shuntian has proved her ability to
look past the complexities of participant's backgrounds and
emotions and help them to refocus their energies. By helping
clients to refocus their inner feelings she helps them to obtain
future external progress and success. Her experiences encompass
almost every area of coaching. She has particular experience in
team-building through character analysis self-management and
empowerment, and improving interpersonal communication skills.
Shuntian's extensive experience can also be seen in the wide
range of clients she has worked alongside. These include Sino
Steel, the Bank of China, The International Education Foundation,
CAMCO International and Hewlett-Packard.
Shuntian has received training in "Transformational Leadership -
Advanced Executive Coaching" from the Satir Institute of the
Pacific & the Satir Learning & Development Centre of China.
She is also a certified Neuro- Linguistic-Programming Practitioner
and is accredited by the Hong Kong Professional Effective
Management Institute, demonstrating her ability to apply
psychological methods to management.
