Since 1994 SML has become one of the world's most successful leadership development courses for Global Executives, Government Officers and Professionals.

Over 100,000 professionals from 90 countries have learned how to redefine their leadership focus through SML. The course provides a step-by-step structure for rethinking your leadership style and aligning your individual purpose, values and vision to that of the organisation and team.

Why come to this Programme?

The world is changing. Although we have been successful in our lives and our work, the challenges many of us face today can take us off course. New approaches and tools are often needed to navigate differently. Whether we are facing corporate restructuring, professional or private changes or personal crises, we must respond with a greater level of strength and clarity.

Managing ourselves and others through turbulent times requires authentic leadership - we have to lead with a clear vision of the direction needed and what action to take toward that vision. We believe that this type of focused leadership is grounded in our purpose and guided by values that are aligned with that purpose. Leading in this way will get us through the changes we are facing more easily, whether we are leading a global team, starting or re-starting a business, facing “outsourcing” or an uncertain merger, or dealing with challenges in personal relationships.

How will I benefit from the Programme?

This two and a half day workshop provides a disciplined process, providing a framework for refocusing your life and your work. You will have the opportunity to take an honest look at what works and what doesn’t, to tap into your internal compass, and to make impactful choices about what you might need to do to achieve the goals we identify for ourselves

The Programme will allow you to:

  • Learn the secrets of ‘focus and execution’ in leadership - the critical formula for success
  • Find your compass - develop a clear focus for the next stage in your personal life and work as a team
  • Become a more authentic and decisive leader with a strong ‘inner’ foundation and improved alignment in your personal life and work.
  • Re-evaluate your strengths, weaknesses and priorities as a leader and team
  • Identify barriers and challenges to the execution of your plan
  • Develop an execution plan

The Venue will be Sørup Herregaard, Sørupvej 26, 4100 Ringsted, Denmark
