Identify the obstacles and challenges that must be addressed in order for you to enact your vision.

CHOICES, DECISIONS and ACTION
Clarify your options and focus on the decisions you need to make.
Create strategies for changing the trajectory of your life.
Develop an action plan for implementing the change you want in your life and career.
Understand how to sustain energy, commitment and enthusiasm for the direction you choose.
