View the conference programme:
In turbulent times, how do we release the capacity for innovation and leadership within and across our organizations and communities? What simple but powerful approaches and practices will sustain us? How can we work together to co-create the bright new systems of the future?
We are pleased to announce that in January 2010 the ALIA Institute will host a five-day immersion in the paradigm-shifting skills, tools, and mindsets leaders need to navigate through times of rapid change and complexity. We hope you will join us for this exciting inaugural event.

This five-day programme follows the design of the acclaimed Shambhala Summer Institute in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, which has been a magnet for pioneering leaders and change-makers since 2001. ALIA Europe will be an immersion in the thinking, tools, and practices that will support and enhance your capacity as an authentic leader. At the centre of the programme's integrative design are eight 15-hour modules. Choose the one that best addresses your current leadership challenge or focus:

It certainly opened my eyes and led me into a new chapter. I know I am only 1 in 3 billion people, but if we were all capable of inspiring one other person in the way you did I am sure society would be very different.
Loek Penders, Director Global IP Services, Akzo Nobel, Netherlands
